Emmanuella George-Uduku, known professionally as Ella George is a multi-award-winning Strategy Consultant known as “The Bridge-Builder.” As the Managing Partner of HillBridge Consulting, she leads our tri-practice firm dedicated to building institutional strengths and aligning them with strategic execution.
With over 20 years of experience spanning management consulting, banking, and telecommunications, Ella is the architect of the BRIDGE Method – a proprietary framework that eliminates organizational anxiety and operational friction, to unlock 50% to 300% revenue growth within 12-month cycles. Her approach prioritizes operational efficiency and milestone-driven clarity, turning complex visions into seamless, scalable results.
Beyond advisory, Ella serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) and Chair of the Board Risk Management and Audit Committee for Addosser Microfinance Bank. An Alum of the UCT GSB Sustainability Leadership program and a Hult International Business School MBA, she integrates rigorous governance with forward-thinking success principles.
