James holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Enterprise Computing, combining strategic insight with technical expertise to deliver impactful learning experiences.
He has five years of hands-on experience in digital learning technologies and instructional design. He has built a strong foundation in e-learning and learning & development through previous roles at DCU, KPMG, and the Insurance Institute. His work has spanned curriculum development, virtual training delivery, and platform optimisation, with a particular focus on Moodle. He holds formal qualifications from the Moodle Academy and has over five years of experience designing, managing, and enhancing Moodle-based learning environments.
Outside of work, James actively volunteers with CoderDojo, mentoring young people in coding and digital skills. He is also passionate about health and wellbeing, maintaining an active lifestyle through regular fitness activities.
